How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page of any BloomFlow app. You'll receive a reset link via email within minutes.
How do I add team members?
Go to Settings β Team in any app. Click "Invite User" and enter their email. They'll receive an invitation to join your organization.
Can I import data from spreadsheets?
Yes! All apps support CSV imports. Go to Settings β Import Data and upload your file. We also provide template CSVs to help format your data.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Visit Settings β Billing in any app. You can upgrade, downgrade, or manage your subscription at any time. Changes are prorated.
Is there a mobile app?
All BloomFlow apps are web-based and fully responsive β they work great on any smartphone or tablet browser. The Scanner app is especially optimized for mobile use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings β Billing β Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
