How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page of any BloomFlow app. You'll receive a reset link via email within minutes.
How do I add team members?
Go to Settings β†’ Team in any app. Click "Invite User" and enter their email. They'll receive an invitation to join your organization.
Can I import data from spreadsheets?
Yes! All apps support CSV imports. Go to Settings β†’ Import Data and upload your file. We also provide template CSVs to help format your data.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Visit Settings β†’ Billing in any app. You can upgrade, downgrade, or manage your subscription at any time. Changes are prorated.
Is there a mobile app?
All BloomFlow apps are web-based and fully responsive β€” they work great on any smartphone or tablet browser. The Scanner app is especially optimized for mobile use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
